1.  Lessons

I offer a wide range of classes; from the basic cooking skills to impressive gourmet meals. I can improve your techniques and teach you new recipes that are tasty, healthy and allow you to spend less time in the kitchen.

You decide if you would like a private class,  join a group class or host a class for your friends and family in your own kitchen. I personally design classes just for your needs and convenience. Your class will include a variety of demonstrations,  ingredients, techniques, and my personal favorite, tasting!

2.  " The Filled Fridge"

This will change the way you do dinner. No more rushing around just to find something unhealthy to eat or stopping at the grocery store on your way home from work. I will provide a stress-free dining experience in your home.

First, we will have an in-home consultation to record your food preferences and dietary restrictions. We will then discuss entree selections, quantity, and dates of service. I will do all of the shopping for the freshest ingredients then prepare the requested meals in your kitchen using my equipment. I leave the labeled meal containers in your refrigerator or freezer with simple reheating instructions. Best of all, I leave your kitchen spotless and your "filled fridge" stocked with fresh, delicious, and healthy meals for you to enjoy.

Also available for drop-off service to your home or office!

3.  Dinner Parties

If you want to throw impressive dinner parties at your home, but don't want to spend the whole day shopping, preparing, and cleaning up, this is perfect for you. The entire service is tailored to meet your needs according to the number of guests, budgets, menu, and level of formality. I do all of the grocery shopping and freshly prepare each course in your kitchen for your party. You decide if you would like me to leave instructions for you to heat and serve or I can stay for the entire evening to professionally plate each course, serve, and clean up. It's up to you. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your company and fantastic meal.
