Hi, I'm Leslie. I have been cooking for over 15 years. It has been my passion in life ever since I can remember. I was professionally trained at the prestigious Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, where I received a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts. Upon graduating, I worked with the talented Josie LeBalch for 2 years at the BeachHouse restaurant in Santa Monica. I then was employed as a private chef for a television executive who has two homes in Southern California. I now realize what a luxury having a personal chef can be. As a full-time worker and new mom, I know how hard it is to put a good meal on the table. "Leslie the Chef" allows me to give a more personal approach to food that gives my clients more satisfying, nutritious food and more quality time for themselves.
